Christmas lights in Malibu.
Malibu homes face conditions inland homes do not: salt air, coastal wind and long stretches of exposure. Lighting here needs to be installed for that.
Homes in Malibu
Designed for the houses here.
Beachfront homes, hillside estates with canyon and ocean views, and contemporary architecture where clean, restrained lighting looks better than more lighting.
What we plan for in Malibu
- Wind: every run is clipped and secured for coastal gusts.
- Salt air: connections and timers are protected from moisture.
- Modern architecture: we design restrained displays that follow the lines of the house.
