- Calls: our phone line may be answered by an automated assistant. Calls may be recorded and summarized so we can follow up on your request.
- Website usage: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and the page that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule your estimate, and provide, service and remove your installation.
- To send you messages about your request and your service, by email, phone or, if you opted in, text message.
- To improve our website and service.
Text messages
If you check the text message box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Holiday Lighting Connection about your request, such as estimate scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
